This website keeps its data footprint deliberately small.

Cerydora uses no analytics scripts, tracking pixels, or browser cookies on this website. The briefing form sends your entries as one email to hello@cerydora.com; this site stores no form data.

When you contact us

Email you choose to send is handled by your email provider and Cerydora's email provider. It is used to respond to your request and maintain the resulting business correspondence.

The briefing form

Submitting the form sends your name, organization, role, email address and chosen topic as a single email to hello@cerydora.com through a function on this website's hosting service and Cerydora's email provider (Microsoft 365). The function keeps no copy: it does not store your entries, and its log records only the time of the submission and the topic you chose. A hidden field and a timing check filter automated submissions; neither collects anything about you. If your browser does not run scripts, or the function is unavailable, the form opens your email application with the same request instead, and nothing is sent through the website.

The function is an Azure Function that Cerydora operates; no third-party form service is involved.

When you download a PDF from this site, the same function records the file name and the time of the download, and nothing else, so Cerydora can count downloads without cookies or tracking.

Hosting

The hosting service may process ordinary request data needed to deliver and protect the website, such as timestamps, requested paths, browser details, and network addresses.
